- 2Mix flour, crushed cornflakes, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, herbs, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- 3Remove chicken from buttermilk, letting excess drip off, then press firmly into the flour mixture to coat all sides thickly.
- 4Place on a wire rack over a baking sheet, mist generously with oil spray, and bake at 200°C for 35-40 minutes, until the crust is deep golden brown and internal temp reaches 74°C.
