- 1Add lemon juice, lemon zest, frozen yogurt, cold water, honey, and ice to a blender.
- 2Blend on high for 45-60 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides once, until completely smooth and slushy-thick.
- 3Taste and adjust with a touch more honey if too tart, or a splash more water if too thick to blend.
- 4Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately with a straw and spoon.
